All prices are based around United States Dollar (USD).

I (the artist) accept payments through Stripe and PayPal (Stripe preferred).

I do NOT accept payments through other services (ex. CashApp, Apple Pay, Check, Bank Transfer) unless otherwise negotiated.

I accept both upfront and 2-installment payment plans (i.e. paying half upfront, then half in the middle of the process). Installments in smaller increments can be negotiated; however, the client will not receive the product until the payment plan has been fulfilled. Payment plans with 3 or more installments and/or under $500 increments may be subject to a convenience fee of up to 5%.

Sketch and icon commissions require full up-front payment.

Note that all prices listed on the form are BASE costs, and I am entitled to increase prices based on design complexity at my own discretion.

Full refunds are not accepted under any circumstances; please make sure you are in a stable financial situation before commissioning.

In the case that a client wants to cancel a commission partway through, they may be entitled to a partial refund (though not guaranteed).

No refunds or chargebacks will be allowed once a commission is completed and/or sent out.

All correspondences will be through written forms of communication (email, Twitter DMs, Discord, etc.) in order to maintain communication receipts.

Illustration commissions are considered STANDARD and do NOT include commercial license in base price.

The client MUST credit the commissioned artwork as mine (the artist), and link back to at least one of my social media pages (Twitter/Instagram) or site.

The client may credit me as either Sunny Hinode (v-tuber alias) or Saesuns (artist alias).

Social media icon/cover (including monetized platforms such as YouTube or Twitch)

Sharing artwork on social media/comic/other related platforms

Printing for PERSONAL use (i.e. wall decoration)

Commissioning artwork as gift to others

Reproduce the artwork for profit (merchandising, paid rewards, asset on a monetized platform such as YouTube or Twitch, etc.)

Claim the work as their own

Remove or tamper with my signature in any way

Edit or alter the final piece in any way

Re-sell the original piece in any way (including the resale of illustrations as part of an OC adoptable)

I retain the rights to share the artwork for use in advertisement and portfolios.

The owner of the characters/designs depicted in the commission will retain rights to their characters.

Commercial commissions (i.e. commercial license purchased or included) may be used and/or reproduced for commercial gains of the commissioner.

Commercial licenses start at 2x the original price for use in advertisement, monetized events, and other instances where the artwork is not mass-reproduced.

An extra license fee or royalty fee will be charged for reproduction rights (i.e. merchandising), which may be negotiated at the time of purchase.

The client MUST credit the commissioned artwork as mine (the artist), and link back to at least one of my social media pages (Twitter/Instagram) or site, even with a commercial license.

Even with a commercial license, I will retain the rights to use the commissions for my own portfolio.

The original designer of the characters depicted in the commission will retain rights to their characters.

If you are unsure of whether you need a commercial license for your commission, please ask when inquiring about the commission.

I (the artist) prohibit the use of any of my work in any blockchain or AI related technology, including but not limited to NFTs, cryptocurrency, AI database training, and any future inventions in the space.

I reserve the right to refuse service to blockchain and AI art industry members, including individual collectors and merchants.

I will not start work on a commission until confirming an initial payment.

Upon starting the commission, I will send updates whenever I complete a new stage (sketch, line, flat color, etc.)

The client may request minor changes at each stage up to flat colors.

Any more or major changes may incur an additional edit fee.

To protect the integrity of my work, I will not provide the original project files to the client, unless otherwise negotiated.

In the case that a client infringes upon any of the terms above, I (the artist) will issue a warning to the client before escalating to a block/blacklist/report on involved platforms.

In the case that I cannot get in contact with the model artist and there are cutting issues with the model file, an extra fee of up to 30% will be applied as a cutting fee.

In the case that the model needs major cutting (ex. cutting from single image or few parts), an extra fee starting at 30% will be applied.

Full refunds are not accepted once an initial payment has been made; please make sure you are in a stable financial situation before commissioning.

In the case that a client wants to cancel a commission partway through, they may be entitled to (but not guaranteed) a partial refund.

Any troubleshooting that requires screensharing and direct verbal communication will be through Discord after setting up a meeting - I will never call or accept calls without notification.

Live2D commissions are considered COMMERCIAL and include a commercial license in the base price.

The client MUST credit the commissioned work as mine (the artist) anywhere the work is used (ex. Twitter, Twitch), and link back to at least one of my social media pages or site.

Usage of model art and/or rig on monetized streams, sponsored events, and other monetized platforms.

Resell model art/rig without prior negotiation

Mint/sell the model/rig as NFT

Claiming of model/rig/design as own

Use the model/rig in AI databases and other AI-related services.

Merchandising of model/rig itself (i.e. selling copies on sites such as BOOTH or Nizima)

Usage of model art and/or rig in showcases, portfolios, etc.

Streaming/documenting the art and/or rigging process, unless otherwise negotiated.

Upon starting the commission, I will send updates whenever I complete a considerable amount of work (ie. head, hair, physics, etc.) or when asked by the client.

The client may request minor changes at any stage.

Any major changes (ex. redrawing entire head, re-rigging entire mouth) may incur an additional edit fee.

I will not send the final files to the client until the invoice is fulfilled completely.

Once the final files are delivered to the client, I will accept minor revisions for free for up to 10 days from delivery. Revisions after 10 days will incur an additional revision fee.
